Marketing Plan
Your Realtor® should present you with a marketing plan. A comprehensive marketing plan should include professional photos of your home, on-line marketing on multiple web sites, color brochures with the features of your home, print advertising, open houses and a number of other things. I would be happy to meet with you and present a customized marketing plan proving to sell your home quickly for top dollar.
If you are interviewing a Realtor® you might want to ask the following questions:
- Are you a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), The Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR) and the Richmond Association of Realtors (RAR)? The ® designation is used to indicate membership in NAR. Realtors who are not members of these organizations do not have membership in the Multiple Listing Service and do not have other tools that will help you sell your property.
- What houses have you sold in my price range in my neighborhood?
- Will you use a Visual or Video tour of my home?
- What web site optimization do you use?
- Can you give me a CMA for my home?
- Can I talk to some of your references?
- Can you show me what trends there are in number of sales and prices in the area?
- Do you work by yourself or as part of a team?
- How many clients are your representing and do you have any current listings that compete with my home?
- How will you market my home?
- How many years of experience do you have selling in this area?
- Is Real Estate your full time job or a part-time job?
- How will you keep me informed?
- What do you think the positives and negatives of my home are?
- What real estate designations do you hold?
- How many homes did you sell last year?
